This study aims to describe the form of ethical speaking elemntary school age children in grade V and found factors cause less language at primary 5 SD Watang Sidenreng. used qualitative descriptive approach. The sources data obtained from fifth students Negeri Sidenreng totaling 28 students. Data by participant observation, in-depth interviews, documents, then treated with analysis. results this indicate that a class can be analyzed terms words, sentences, phrases, intonation elements (suprasegmental), kinesic elements. determining level or levels depend on several factors, namely (1) smooth rough words. (2) short length utterance. (3) order (4) (suprasegmentl), cues. (5) use pharase marker. While lead unethical V, friends direct criticize harsh being most correct opinion, intentionaly accuse opponents utterance, intentionally opponent embarrass oppenents (6) giving bad names, (7) brag boast, (8) happy if misfortune, (9) using derect speech, (10) has become habit.
